    Ingredients:
    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 2 slices of good-quality bread (sourdough or multigrain)
    • Salt and pepper
    • Lemon juice
    • Toppings: everything bagel seasoning, thin radish slices, microgreens

    Instructions:
    1. Toast the bread until golden and crispy.
    2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.
    4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top. Add thinly sliced radishes and microgreens for extra crunch and color.
