Amazing Miniature Beef Recipe 🥩Tasty Miniature Beef Stuffed With Mushrooms and Covered With Cheese

Recipe for beef stuffed with mushrooms and covered with cheese:

Ingredients:

4 beef tenderloin steaks (about 6-8 ounces each)
2 cups sliced mushrooms (such as cremini or button mushrooms)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella, cheddar, or Swiss)
Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the mushrooms: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the mushrooms are softened and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the beef: Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket horizontally into each steak, being careful not to cut all the way through. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

Stuff the steaks: Spoon the cooked mushrooms into the pockets of each steak, dividing them evenly among the steaks.

Heat some olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the stuffed steaks to the skillet and sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned.

Once the steaks are seared, top each one with shredded cheese, dividing it evenly among them.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the beef reaches your desired level of doneness (medium-rare, medium, etc.).

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the stuffed beef steaks hot, garnished with any extra chopped fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy your delicious beef stuffed with mushrooms and covered with cheese!
