Amazing pull-apart bread #recipes



Pull-apart bread is fun and a real crowd-pleaser. This particular version features warm, fluffy bread stuffed with a savory mix of cheese, fresh herbs, and fragrant garlic. It’s a simple yet irresistible treat that’s impossible to resist tearing apart and enjoying.

7g yeast
450g flour
300ml warm milk
1tbsp softened butter
125g cheddar cheese – grated
75g butter melted
1/2tsp dried oregano
1/2tsp dried parsley
1/2tsp dried marjoram
1/2tsp garlic powder

Mix the yeast, flour milk and tbsp of butter either by hand or using a stand mixer. Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky.
Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size
Turn dough out, roll into a rough rectangle and sprinkle with the cheese. Roll the dough up and cut into 42 pieces.
Roll into balls.
Mix the melted butter with the herbs and garlic.
Roll the balls in the butter mixture and place in a 7″ cake pan.
Pour over any remaining butter mixture and cover. Set aside for 30 mins.
Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes
