Cut down the sugar then add a box of vanilla instant pudding, it yields a very tender loaf.

I dunno. My MOM made the BEST punkin bread years ago. When I moved away from home, she'd mail me loaves of pumpkin, applesauce, and cranberry bread. SO GOOD! (BTW, a slice of apple inside your bag of brown sugar for about 24 hours should do the trick)
Add a cup of chocolate chips, top with a glaze. Stunning!!

Quick question, is it 1/3 or 1/4th cup of milk? You say 1/3, but the screen says 1/4.

Thank you!! I made this tonight, the only thing I adjusted was I didn’t have any brown sugar, I typically don’t use a whole lot of sugar in anything, so I reduced the sugar amount with organic evaporated cane sugar and added 2 tablespoons of molasses. Turned out wonderful!
I made this in mini loaves, and added a glaze made from powdered sugar, cinnamon and milk. It was absolutely amazing 💕

Add a box of instant vanilla pudding mix to the dry ingredient and it's the moistest, most addictive. A friend of mine used this in hers and would not give her secret away. I found it though, after researching many different recipes. Try it, you'll love it!
