The chicken turned out super moist and was enjoyed by us thank you FYI I bought your book those recipes are next to try
I made this last night! Ugh AMAZING ❤❤❤❤❤
After Watching you videos i get hungry and start snacking 🙂
Any time we roast a whole before rd, my husband sautées the liver with onion while it roasts. Then he makes toast points rubbed with garlic. That’s our snack/breakfast whilst waiting for the main course.
I wished I could found a woman so caring and loved, to make the recipe for both of us😊😊😊.
John you are so good in the video, love all your recipes. Keep it up.
I did this recipe tonight, my wife thinks I’m a cooking God. Thank you John
Super enjoyable video! I love your personality, will be making this tonight 🥰
Im definitely trying this recipe over the holidays, thanks for sharing 💕
your hands cannot be considered clean with ring and that big wristwatch, you will fail serve safe
Fantastic
Hahaha… thoroughly entertaining and educative video.
Hey John love the video and chicken liver is my favorite too …
Needs chicken gravy
I like your recipe specially you use fresh herbs ❤️ though some might not like roasting together with the lemon skin because the dripping becomes a little bit bitter and I like to use the drippings for the gravy
I recently found your channel looking for a good buttercream recipe. You & my mom would get along famously I'm not a fan of chicken livers.Add table spoon of apple cider vinegar or two of white for extra flavour in the basting.
I love chicken liver as well!
WHY is the word "AMAZING" added in the title for almost all your recipes?
Good food is good memories… Funny how we all relate a great time with food. Taragon and chicken is a marriage made in heaven. You have a beautiful garden John. I love to garden as well and try to can my own ingredients. Especially my garlic. What you purchase in the store is sad and very easy to grow but it's the wait time. Garlic takes a very very long time. Thank you for all you share. Cheers!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Happy New Yr, John !
I love this channel, I can’t wait to try this one..
I’m guessing after the roasting, all that staff will make gravy right? I have been hopeless at making gravy and would love to see you show us😊
How long did you cook it for?
I'm so glad I found your channel thank you
😊😊A lot of people would love this recipe if it was on khal You should definitely add it there 😊😊😊
I always purchase extra chicken livers and add them to my pan when roasting a chicken. The taste is amazing!
MMmmm😄
Love the video and presentation, especially the kitschy 1950s hygiene PSA, but you're overcooking the breast if you pull at 165°. It's probably going to hit 175¯ on rest, and that is serious danger zone for dry breast meat. I would pull it at no higher than 155°. It will continue to cook as you let it rest, and the 165° food safety temp is for instant kill of bacteria. 155° for one minute straight does the same thing but doesn't dry out the breast, and it's going into the 160s as it rests anyway.
there's a double space in the title and it's rlly messing w me
A possibly interesting fact. Brazil is the world’s largest exporter of poultry. However, a large part of the poultry exportation is to Moslem customers and they do not eat any offal so there is an immense amount of giblets left over in country. In Brazil we can buy chicken livers, hearts and gizzards by the kilo. In fact a favorite appetizer at barbecues is a spit of chicken livers.
Hi there. I like your videos. On. Washing your hands, if you have an Apple Watch it can be set to vibrate when you have completed the 20 second washing cycles. For those that thought they washed their hands enough they were surprised when they were probably around ten seconds!
Na recipe escrita não fala de alecrim, mas vc pos!!
