Amazing! Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe – Easy, Healthy, Green!



This Green Pumpkin Pie Smoothie tastes exactly like pumpkin pie, but in a smoothie!! Try this for breakfast or as a post workout snack!

GREEN PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE RECIPE
1/2 cup water (or your favorite milk)
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of baby spinach
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
A few ice cubes

Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

  1. I enjoyed this smootie. I made it one time with water and the second time with milk 2%. On the third time, I decided the water was better and added a little bit of cinnamon with the pumpkin pie spice. Then I added just a bit of honey. Not much at all.. enjoying it as I type.

Had an open can of pumpkin I needed to use up, so just made this smoothie.  If you like pumpkin pie, you'll love this smoothie.  I found out that, apparently, I'm not as fond of pumpkin pie spice as I thought I was.  The smoothie was very good, but next time I will use 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice instead of 1/2 tsp.  Thanks for sharing!
