I made this once with cherry and with no honey and it was no good. Mango on its own and honey did a better job. Almonds: 30g 3 slices of mango, relatively large – if you want more mango flavour, add more Fat-free Greek Yogurt: 150g Flaxseed: 20g Honey Sugar-free oat milk source
