For my european friends:
2 cups of hazelnuts = 300 g (224 gram)
1 cup of sugar = 128 g (113 gram)
1/3 of a cup of cocoa powder = 43 g – (28 gram)

I wonder if i can substitute itu with peanut oil instead ? I really like this recipe because it doesnt include water. I was wondering why nutella can last so long in shelf supermarket.

An easier way of peeling hasselnuts is to quicly boil them with baking soda for one minute. The skin comes right off.
Bruno Albouze's version is better and healthier.
