To make anarsa, a traditional Indian sweet snack, you’ll need soaked rice, jaggery (or sugar), and oil for frying. Here’s a basic recipe:

Ingredients:
– 2 cups soaked rice (soaked for at least 4-6 hours)
– 1 cup jaggery or sugar
– Oil for frying
– Water
– Sesame seeds (optional)
– Cardamom powder (optional)

Instructions:
1. Drain the soaked rice and spread it out on a clean cloth to dry for a few hours. The rice should be completely dry before grinding.

2. Grind the dried rice into a fine powder using a grinder or food processor. You can sieve the rice flour to ensure it’s smooth and fine.

3. In a saucepan, dissolve the jaggery (or sugar) in a little water to make a syrup. Cook it until it reaches a one-string consistency. If you take a little syrup between your fingers and stretch them apart, a single string should form.
