    Ingredients:-
    600g Chicken,
    2 handful of Gongura leaves,
    3 tbsp Mr Gold Groundnut Oil,
    1 Onion finely chopped,
    1 Tomato finely chopped,
    2 Green Chillies,
    5 Red Dry Chillies,
    4 Cloves,
    3 Cardamom,
    1 Cinnamon,
    1 Bay leaf,
    1 tsp Red Chilly powder,
    1 tsp Coriander powder,
    1/5 tsp Garam masala,
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste,
    1 tsp Salt,
    1 Cup Water,
    Cook for 20 mins to 30 mins on Low flame,

    1 Medium Sized Finely Chopped Onion,
    1 Medium Sized Finely Chopped Tomato,
    2 Split Green Chillies
    4 Dry Red Chillies,
    3 Cloves,
    3 Cardamom,
    1 Small Piece of Cinnamon,
    1 Bay Leaf,
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder,
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder,
    1 tsp Coriander Powder,
    1/2 tsp Garam Masala,
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
    Chopped Coriander Leaves,

    Take a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp salt, mix it, marinate for 30 mins…

    Gongura Chicken Chukka Making Process:

    Place a cooking bowl on the stove, add 3 tbsp oil, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, onion, green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, cook until onion turns golden brown, add tomato, cook for 2 mins, add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mix it, add gongura leaves, mix it, marinated chicken pieces, mix gently, cook for 3-5 mins, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup water, cover and cook for 25-30 mins on low flame..

    Serve the delicious gongura chicken chukka with rice..
