By popular request — I finally made Angwamoo (Ghanaian braised rice)! 🍚🇬🇭

I couldn’t find salted beef this time 😭, but I still went all in with this insane combo:

🔥 Grinded pepper
🌿 Green sauce
🍳 Fried eggs
🥫 Corned beef
🐟 Sardines
🫀 Gizzards

Trust me — this plate was mad! Every bite was a mix of spice, richness, and Ghanaian comfort food at its finest.

This might just be one of the best Ghanaian meals I’ve made so far. I loved every part of it!
