OLD SCHOOL FRIED PORK STEAKS
THESE ARE SO SO GOOD AND EASY TO MAKE
RECIPE:
3 cups self rising flour
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs cracked(optional)
2 cups buttermilk

its nothing like fried pork steaks
season pork chops with salt and pepper, caveners grrek seasoning,old school shake
place in flour,then eggs/buttermilk and then flour
fry in oil until golden brown at 350 degrees
