Anti-aging smoothie recipe for beautiful skin and better energy. This is a perfect morning smoothie for gorgeous skin, and a smoothie that will help you maintain a healthy weight because it’s low in sugar.
Now, this smoothie contains a secret ingredient – Amla, or Indian Gooseberry. It’s an ayruvedic herb with very high concentrations of Vitamin A & C – the Vitamins that increase the collagen in your skin. I recommend including it daily in your smoothie!
Here’s where I got my Amla Powder
Ingredients
– 8- ounces coconut water
– 2 Tb hemp powder
– 1⁄2 banana, frozen
– 1 kiwi
– 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple
– 1 cup fresh spinach
– 1 Tb Indian Gooseberry Powder
Directions
– Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

What. Is. This?? What kind of YouTube worm hole did I get sucked in to to get here?
P.s this woman sounds like what Americans think British people sound like. Mostly she sounds like she’s taking the piss…I bet that woman is from Queens or some shit.
Would it affect the nutritional value at all to make a larger batch and freeze or refrigerate it? Since I have fructose intolerance, I can’t always drink them every single day so it would really help me out to be able to pull them out when I’m up to it and not have to worry about fresh ingredients going bad if I need a break.
She is just annoying as hell
Sorry i should of just read further down and I would gotten my answer. 😊😊

Sophie i am curious…how old are you?
Yep known Amla since my childhood as I come from an Indian family. Used to have in a sweet form, in a syrup.
"Benifits of Amla and advice of a senior citizen, are unknown until later in life."- that's what my family would say all the time lol.
Hi, can you please tell what kind of hemp powder did you use?
This is the best Weight loss green store tea I have tried and I have a cabinet full of detox weight loss teas. It's been a week since I started and I have lost 1lb. I think that's pretty awesome. It taste amazing and does exactly what the description says. I have tried so many other teas and this is the best. I highly recommend this tea.
hi , sophie I don't like coconut water , what can I replace it with ? thank you 🙂
I have another silly question! I've been putting Tarte cherry powder and Acai powder to my smoothies. Would it be too much to add the Amla powder as well?
Thank you Sophie! I have been addicted to sweet potatoes lately and I've been wondering what is the healthiest way to cook them… I have been making them as fries… Mixing some coconut oil and placing them in the oven for 350. Should I slow cook them or put them on high heat since I like them crispy… Thank you 🙂
