1 cawan daun kale
1 sudu besar serbuk ubi bit (organicule)
½ cawan air
½ biji oren
1 cawan campuran beri(bekukan)
½ cawan nanas (bekukan)
1 sudu kecil halia
1 sudu kecil minyak kelapa (@yashkritheauthenticoilers5639)
1 senduk serbuk protein (organicule)

Cara-cara:
1. Sediakan blender, masukkan kesemua bahan diatas dan kisar sehingga halus. rasa dan sedia untuk dihidang.

Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1 tbsp beetroot powder (organicule)
½ cup water
½ orange
1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
½ cup pineapple (frozen)
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp coconut oil (@yashkritheauthenticoilers5639 )
1 scoope protein powder (organicule)

Method:
1. Prepare a blender, add all the above ingredients and grind until smooth. Taste and ready to serve.
