Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Bowl🍍🍌
🍍🍌Ingredients :
* 1 cup frozen banana chunks (frozen overnight)
* 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (frozen overnight)
* (Optional) 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
* 2 tablespoons honey (or sweetener of choice, adjust to taste)
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
* Toppings:
* Fresh banana slices
* Fresh pineapple slices
* Granola
* Seeds (chia, flax, pumpkin, etc.)
* Dried fruits (goji berries, cranberries, almonds etc.)
🍍🍌 Instructions:
1. Combine the frozen banana, frozen pineapple (and mango, if using), honey, coconut milk, and turmeric powder in a high-powered blender.
2. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally.
3. Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls and add toppings of your choice.
