Ingredients:
A very good amount of organic ginger 🫚
About 3″ organic turmeric
Frozen organic strawberries, blueberries and cherries
A handful of almonds
A handful of walnuts
1 Tbsp of organic peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup organic mix vegetables
1 gl of milk
FYI: I’m using a big Vitamix blender for the frozen and hard stuff
