  1. I made this recipe. Turned out good. I didn’t have sour cream so I used Greek yogurt and the batter ended up a little thick so I added 1/2 cup applesauce. It’s all in using what you have. It’s really good but of course I couldn’t wait for it to cool off. 😊

  2. OMG, that looks so delicious, and sounds wonderful, this was the one time I didn't write the recipe down, I really really love your new chopper. I used to have the old green plastic one, but I really love your new one. I enjoy all your shows ❤️🤗

  3. Tammy I watched your recipe this morning with a cup of coffee and instantly went to baking, my family woke up to its amazing smell and praised your bread and kept saying it's the BEST!!! Ty sooo much for your recipes, Tammy and Chris!

  4. Hello Tammy n Chris. I Love the way you n Chris Cook 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳. Ur Apple 🍎 Raisin Pecan Bread 🍞 Looks 👀 delish n yummy 😋. Love U’All.❤️👩🏽‍🦱👨🏾‍🦲🙏🏾.
When you make ur dishes can you please tell us what size pans or casserole dish you’re using Thanks.

  5. Tammy. I can't remember whether I have posted this before but self raising flour in Britain does not have salt added to it so your viewers from this side of the Atlantic may need to adjust the quantity required. Also, it is my experience that fruit has a tendency to sink in a cake if the batter is too wet to hold it properly so adding a little extra flour to the mixture will help.

  6. That looks great Tammy! I have a hard time finding self rising flour around here lately for some reason, I usually use 1-1/2 teaspoons of baking powder per cup of plain flour. I use sour cream or plain yogurt instead of buttermilk too, its got that tangy taste.

  7. Tammy, your hair is really pretty in this video.
I'm definitely going to try this recipe. I love trying making New bread recipes. Especially if it has nuts and apples. Mmm
Also, I tried your fried apple pie recipe but, for some reason, mine wouldn't stay crunchy. I used vegetable oil. Could that have been the problem because, yours looks and sounds so awesome and a little crunchy.
Thank you so much for sharing your videos. Looking forward to another one.
If you can, could you do one on, Baked Apples?
