do i need to peel the carrots off???? Or washing them well works better (for vitamins)???

You can, but you need liquid to help them blend better or else you can burn out the motor depending on the blender
What if i dont have a juicer can i just blend the apple and carrot up ?? In a blender ?
Thank you for your time and support in watching the videos 🙂 I will sometimes drink a smoothie as a meal replacement depending on when and why. For example breakfast might be a time I would or if I'm on a cleanse. Otherwise, I have a smoothie at breakfast and then as a "snack" in between meals.

New to your videos and they are great. Do you drink these smoothies/juices as a total meal replacement or this is in addition to your regular meals. I love blending my fruits and veggies now and feel that I eat more fruits and vegetables this way(and without salad dressings, croutons, and the bacon bits). Thanks so much.

This Smoothie is so worth getting both devices dirty I keep a list of Go-To Juices close to the juicer and this will definitely be added to the top of the list. Please let me know what brand of organic Flax Oil you used. Thank you for the fun videos. -K
you just wasted your time using the juicer! i use the vitamix and it blends the intire fruit or vegetable into an awesome drink
@MrChangman927 It's a matter of consistency preference. Also a liquid is needed in order to blend smoothly, if I use water it makes it bland, so I prefer to juice some carrots before hand 🙂 All about preference my dear 🙂
