(No hate) it doesn't look or sound appetizing honestly, i did culinary school for 6 years now and i can tell that it would taste perfectly fine but people always tend to prefer more airy and/or fatty recipes if you want to grow followers, also people like simple and classic things, it's rare for someone to try a sweet loaf if they know that there's vinegar in it
