Step-by-step recipe to make Apple Yogurt Smoothie. With just two ingredients – apple and yogurt, you can make a cup of healthy smoothie at home. I use Fuji apple in this recipe. You may adjust the amount of yogurt according to your preference. I prefer a 1:0.8 ratio of apple (after peeling and coring) to yogurt.
