Arabian Pudding
– 700ml milk
– Sugar as per your preference
– 2-3 tbsp custard powder
– Bread (remove the sides)
– 200ml fresh cream
– Condensed milk (according to your sweet preference)
– Saffron
– Dry fruits
Add in 700 ml milk in a pan bring to a boil then add in sugar as per your taste then add 2-3 tbsp custard powder (mixed with cold milk to make a lump free mixture), cook this until everything thickens up .
Take few bread slices cut off the edges and line them up in a tray (you can make one or 2 layers at first) then pour in the custard mixture and another layer of bread then again pour in the custard mixture. Cool this in the refrigerator for atleast 10-15 mins.
Take 200ml of fresh cream add in the condensed milk and mix then pour it on top of the custard mixture, garnish it with some saffron strands, dry fruits of your choice and let it set in the fridge for a few hours, remove and enjoy chilled ❤️
