Arabic Chicken Mandi Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
6 Chicken Leg pieces(1.5 kg),
1kg Biryani Basmati Rice,
200ml Oil,
50g Butter,
200g Onion,
4 Green chillies,
10 Garlic cloves,
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Black Pepper
10 Cardamom pods,
10 Cloves,
2 Star Anise,
1 Nutmeg,
3 Cinnamon,
2 tsp Coriander seeds,
2 Bay leaf ,
1800ml Water,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Salt (as required)
2 Dry lemons,
Cook for 15 mins on low flame,,,
Mandi Spice Masala :
1 tbsp Butter,
1 tbsp Mandi masala,
1/2 lemon juice,
1/4 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
Mix well and Marinade.

Dum for 20mins on low flame..
