  1. We bought ours after watching your reviews (we always follow your recommendations for almost all electric appliance we buy). We have the food processor that you use most of the time. What do you think about adding a bread hook?

  2. aside from the blade, the only other attachment of value is the cheese grater. come holiday season when i'm cooking mac and cheese, enchiladas, etc. for the masses, that grater saves me so much time

  3. I like having my Breville blades in a dedicated container. They are all so extremely sharp I would not even considered dumping them all into the processing bowl. I'm guessing you throw all your knives into that smaller drawer in your kitchen. Pretty convenient, I'm sure

  4. By having a Vitamix blender already it made total sense and well worth the investment of buying the Breville Sous Chef (Paradise)16 peel and dice kit, with the attachments there's so many extra things that you could do and it actually eliminates a lot of other kitchen gadgets that are no longer necessary.
Many times I see the problem in me run into is buying less and not being able to upgrade with your current food processor I did the same thing three times and now knowing I should have bought the Breville to begin with.
Watch many video they contain a lot of information, I suggest everybody do some research before committing to a processor.

  5. Thanks. I have all the og attachments with my food processor from about 20yrs ago and whenever I get frustrated with something it doesn't quite do well I think: "should I just get a different attachment?" Now I know.

And it already takes up too much storage space.

  6. I use food processor (French one from 1980’s) to make sausage. Better texture in casing than using my Kitchen aid grinder. Food processor is another tool to have that completed the kitchen.
