Maple bourbon ribs might be my new favorite. These were sweet, savory, tender, and SO DELICIOUS!
I used baby back ribs, remove the membrane, a little yellow mustard for the binder and season with my Maple Bourbon and AP rubs. Let them sit for an hour and then they hit the @webergrills Searwood cruising at 275 degrees.
2 hours later, wrap with butter, more Maple Bourbon rub and tiny bit of cayenne to balance everything out. Cook for another hour, remove from the wrap and finish with bbq sauce.
I’m telling you, these were so good. Perfectly balanced sweet and savory, nice and tender.
