  1. The typical ingredients are the following:

    2-3 Aubergines, chargrilled
    2-3 peppers, chargrilled
    2-3 Tomatoes, chargrilled
    1 onion, finely chopped
    A handful of coriander, finely chopped
    A drizzle of olive oil
    Salt to season

    Notes: choose any quantity of each vegetable based on your preference. Make sure all vegetables are fully cooked through. You can tell by squeezing them, they should feel soft and not firm. Now wipe off the charred skin before cutting the vegetables.
