  1. I’ve made about a dozen in the last week, saw your reel on Facebook. Then made the whole wheat but seems dense. Got a regular round and then a round I added chopped rosemary and roasted garlic to for big family dinner tonight. Now I just need to source better ingredients and maybe a slicer.
    I tried dividing the dough into 3 mini loaves and cooked 30 min. Turned out amazing, ate a loaf right there. Thanks. Maybe I’ll open the Stone Brakery

  2. Easy Artisan bread with dry east

    3,5cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp cusher salt
    half tsp instant dry east
    Give it a mix
    1 and 3/4 cups worm water 107°F, stir, if it is still dry add more water slowly till you get sticky texture
    Rest covered 5 to 8 hrs room temperature
    Dust counter and hands
    Fold in all 4 sides, rest it dusted and covered
    Add an empty 4 or 6 quart Dutch oven for 30 min at 425°F,
    dust with flower, make the slides
    Into the oven for 30 min
    Remove the lid and return into the oven 5 to 10 min to further brown the top
