Try out these Asian Style Spare Ribs that were prepared on the @GrillaGrills Silverbac!
🔥Trim Spare Ribs and use Soy Sauce as a binder and to add flavor on both sides.
🔥Season with @spiceology Korean BBQ Rub.
🔥Get your smoker to 275° and place the Spare Ribs on for the cook.
🔥Spritz after one hour with a 50/50 blend of Soy Sauce and water and let them cook for an additional hour.
🔥Pull and wrap with a few tablespoons of butter and let them cook until you get good bone pullback and tenderness.
🔥Glaze both sides with @trybachans Hot and Spice Japanese Barbecue Sauce and place the Spare Ribs back on the smoker for fifteen minutes unwrapped to set the sauce.
