  1. I was hoping to use wax paper for potato wedges. I have it but have never used it. Mine potatoes without fail stick to the pan. I tried all oils and tinfoil and no tinfoil. I don't have a car today to find parchment and have also never used it so oh well.

  2. wax paper is excellent for cooling melted chocolate like if you're making chocolate covered pretzels or truffles, writing words in chocolate or even lining a pan to reduce cleanup when making homemade fudge

  3. if wax paper allows cheese to breathe, won't the sandwiches breathe too and then go stale? or does it depend on how long they're wrapped in the wax paper for, im trying to find a way to stop cookies going stale by using recyclable materials instead of the usual cookie plastic/foil wrapping… hence the questions, would wax paper be any good? any suggestions?
