Aslam Butter Chicken
Ingredients – Marination & Cooking Chicken :
500g Chicken
1tsp Salt
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1/4tsp Garam Masala
1/4tsp Chaat Masala
Juice of Half Lemon
1/4 Cupd Curd
1tbsp Mustard Oil
1 – 2tbsp to fry chicken
1tsp Butter for charcoal smoke
Ingredients : Butter Sauce
1/4 Cup Curd
1/4 Cup Cream
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Chaat Masala
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp Sugar (optional)
3tbsp Butter
Method :
1. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, curd and mustard oil. Mix Well and Marinate for 2 – 3 hours.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken pieces. Fry on high heat on each side for 3 mins. Cover and cook for 10 – 15 mins.
3. Char chicken on gas flame till it gets black spots.
4. Give charcoal smoke for 2 mins.
5. Mix curd, cream, salt, sugar, black pepper and chaat masala.
6. Pour on chicken pieces.
7. Melt Butter and pour on chicken and mix well.
8. Sprinkle some more chaat masala on it and serve.
