That's one of the shittest carbonara I've ever seen, it's supposed to have only 6 ingredients but you are just adding uncooked shit to it, do you really hate food or do you think you know better than those Italian triple Michelin star awarded chefs? Carbonara only has spaghetti, parmigiano reggiano, pecorino romano, guanciale, egg yolks and roughly cracked pepper.
