🥩Ingredients:
Beef Steak
Mushrooms 0,7lb/300g
Onion ½ white onion
Garlic 2 cloves
Butter 0,1lb/50g
Baguette
Cheese to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
👨🍳How to Cook:
Chop Mushrooms and Onion, cut the Steak into thin slices, squeeze the head of Garlic into the Butter. Slice the Baguette and brush with Garlic Butter. Fry the inside of Baguette until golden brown. Fry the Mushrooms and Onion, fry the Steak until «well done». Add fried Mushrooms and Onion to the Steak. Form a mound of the fried mix in a pan to the size of your Baguette and place cheese on a top. Pour a little olive oil. Put the mix inside the Baguette. The most convenient way to do this is to put the opened Baguette jn a top of the fried mix in the pan and use a wide spatula to turn the Baguette over. Done👌
