The chicken recipe that overtook Atlanta is coming for the rest of the United States. The popular style is called “lemon pepper wet,” where crispy fried wings get tossed with a bright, tart, peppery dry seasoning blend and draped with either clarified butter or buffalo sauce.

Hi, this is an outstanding puckery seasoning buffalo wing recipe with lemon pepper buffalo wings however my question is do you use real buffalo wings or normal chicken wings because some people say chicken wings thanks this video is helpful for everyone thanks.
I can’t even finish this video.
That is not how you use a microplane zester and then you stuck it in the microwave.
I’m done.
I will use a different recipe.
I think Really GREAT tasting Chicken Wings gave become an AMERICAN TRADITION…!!! My grandmother made amazing baked wings and even though I followed her step by step I was NEVER able to create them. 😮 She was an awesome cook/Baker too who shared any recipe I asked for with me. We spent hours un th he kitchen together and was not only my grandmother… she was my FRIEND! & I miss her… she left me her home that gramps built in 1994… next door to the family homestead where I was born almost 70 yrs ago. Love 💖 that woman! 💝 She was a Gift from God 😘
Waka Flaka Flame mentioned on ATK. Maybe this is all just a simulation.
She's never had lemon pepper wings?!
Look ok… But those are NOT buffalo lemon pepper wings..!
Can’t wait to try this
WTF did I just watch.
made these yesterday and oh my goodness. They were fantastic. I will be keeping this recipe in my book for sure!. Thanks ATK!!!!
Oohh it's called a flat .. those are my favorite. Was calling it 2 bone
FLOCKA
Why baking powder? You already put citric acid and cornstarch so what's the point? Why not just baking soda?
CLAY'S sports bar in ATL has the best LP wings and i know the secret!
Just made this recipe and it’s was ridiculous! Only change I made was more hot sauce and used an air fryer. That lemon pepper seasoning is a bit of a process but it’s so dang good it’s worth it over store bought.
This was the last recipe I expected to see from this channel 😂 I’m not mad at it.
What kind of oil? You never say.
If you use the grater on top, you’d be able to see when you hit the white part. U should know this

Waka flocka flame 😁
Wing tips are the best part of chicken wings for me. I would never cut them off.
You two are clearly fond of each other. We support you. 🥰
I made the sauce but baked the wings and it was delicious!
Funny this is what I had today. Not wet though. Still delicious. Ashley you did Atlanta proud. Look good.
Thank you for sharing. Great recipes, but could you please add international measurements for the rest of the world? Thank you.
Waka Flocka Flame! I'm sold, this looks great.
Watching her use that grater that way makes my cringe. It is so much easier to get all the zest and hardly any of the pith if you do it the other way have the lemon under the grater
Watching you bread those wings with your bare hands creeps me out. It's not because raw chicken, it's because the thought of touching cornstarch makes my skin crawl..eeehh
