Did you know that you can create amazing Atta Noodles with a Roti?
Don’t cook it on a Tawa, but Boil it! and then cut it into noodles and toss it up the way you like!

Recipe :
Atta Noodles
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:
2 cups Stiff Atta Dough
1/4 cup julienned carrots
1/4 cup julienned cabbage
1/4 cup julienned capsicum
1tbsp minced ginger
1tbsp minced garlic
1tsp soya sauce
1tsp vinegar
1tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
2 tbsp oil

Method:
Boil water in a large pan.
Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll out large thin rotis.
Cook the rotis in boiling water for 30 seconds and remove.
Cool completely and cut the roti into thin noodles.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the minced ginger, garlic and sauté till fragrant.
Add the vegetables and toss for a minute.
Add the atta noodles, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and toss well. Serve hot!
