Smashburgers are one of my favourite types of burgers to make. Smashburgers are easy to make, quick and simple and for a quick family cook up, or feeding an army, they are a great option.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

⅓ of a cup of ketchup
⅓ of a cup of American mustard
2 tablespoons of gherkin relish

whoa Schuey another fantastic tasty looking recipe, and I love your beer can cooking timer cos I do love a beer, oh speaking of beers I have been to the fixation brewery and drank quite a bit of that little ray hazy but cannot find it at any retailers in my area which is in the west of Melbourne by chance could you tell me do you buy from the brewery or online and if online where do you get it cos it is a fine drop and I think it would make a great cooking timer in my kitchen.
