Authentic Kana Moo Krob in Thailand | Wally Cooks Everything



I’ve got my favorite spot in Bangkok for Kana Moo Grob, Kale or with Crispy Pork Belly. But I do make my own crispy pork belly at home. And when I have leftovers I typically save a few hundred grams to make this delicious Thai stir fry in no time flat. Here’s how to make it in your home kitchen! Enjoy!

450g (15oz) Kale
200g (7oz) Crispy Pork Belly
5 Garlic Cloves
2 Thai Chilis

Sauce:
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar
