Authentic Tandoori Malai Boti Recipe, Restaurant Style Creamy Chicken Recipe by Samina Food Story



Learn how to make the softest, creamiest Tandoori Malai Boti at home! This Restaurant Style Malai Boti is famous for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich, creamy flavor. Unlike dry BBQ chicken, this Creamy Chicken Malai Boti is marinated with cheese, cream, and aromatic spices.

In this video, I’ll show you how to cook it in a pan. Perfect for weekend BBQ parties or a quick dinner appetizer!

:*Recipe Ingredients & Making Process::*
*Preparing the Creamy Chicken:*
Boneless chicken: 500 gram
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Green chili paste: 1 tsp
Milk cream/malai: 3 tbsp
Yogurt/dahi: 1 cup
Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp
Cumin/zera powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Red chili crushed:1 tsp
Tandoori Masala: 1 tbsp
Chat Masala: 1 tsp

*Pan Frying Method*
Oil: 2 tbsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
*Add Yogurt/dahi mix chicken.*
*Add it on low flame.*
*Now turn flame to medium & mix well.*
*Cover it & cook it for 8-10 min on low flame!*
*Place foil paper or metal plate.*
*Place burnt charcoal.*
*Pour few drops of oil.*
*Cover it & cook it on low flame for 2 min!*
Milk cream/malai: 2 tbsp
*Add Mozzarella cheese*
*Add Coriander & fresh chili chopped*
*Chili flakes.*
*Cover it & cook it for 3-4 min on low flame!*
