2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla is a plus)
1 avocado (pitted & peeled)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp honey
1 frozen banana
4 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS: blend ingredients together and serve. Feel free to add some mint for garnish. Variations are delicious too. I like to add frozen spinach and chia seeds sometimes too. Enjoy!
