Chicken Yakhni Pulao

– Soak 400 gm (2 Glass) Basmati Rice
– Wash & Rinse Them Well
– Heat 2 Tbsp Oil
– Temper Whole Spices
– Add 2 Finely Chop Onion
– Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 Tsp Each
– Chillies 5
– Tomato 1
– Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Chilli, Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp Each
– Chicken 750 gm
– Cook Them 5 Minutes
– Add 1 Glass Milk With 2 Glass Water
– Kewra & Rose Water 1 Tsp Each
– Give Them A Good Boil
– Add Soaked Rice
– Cashew & Almond
– Chopped Corriander & Mint Leaves
– Mix Them Well & Cook On Low Flame For 10-15 Minutes
– Switch Off The Flame & Give It Good Rest For At Least Half An Hour
– Serve Hot & Enjoy Your Yakhni Pulao
