You’ll need:β
1 Β½ LB β Ground Beef β
1 TB β Backyard Burger Blend β
16 Slice β American Cheese β
2 LB β Onions β
4 TB β Butter β
4 β Brioche Burger Bunsβ

Cowboy Butter:β
1 Cup β Unsalted Butter, softened (2 Sticks) β
1 β Zest from 1 Lemon β
Β½ – Lemon, juiced β
1 tsp β Crushed Red Pepper β
1 tsp β Thyme, fresh chopped β
2 TB β Parsley, chopped β
2 tsp β Bier Hall Stone Ground Mustard β
Β½ tsp β Backyard Burger Blend β
1 TB β Garlic, mincedβ

Directions:β
1. Peel and julienne the onions and place them in a large skillet with 4 TB of butter.β
2. Place over medium heat until the onions just start to brown.β
3. Lower the heat to low and cook the onions until caramelized, stirring occasionally.β
4. Make the cowboy butter by combining the listed ingredients and mixing well.β
5. Portion the ground beef into 16 portioned meatballs, 1 Β½ oz each.β
6. Preheat your griddle to 350 degrees.β
7. Place a meatball down on the griddle and press with a heavy-duty spatula or burger press until ΒΌβ thick.β
8. Season with Backyard Burger Blend and flip once the meat is caramelized.β
9. Top with American cheese.β
10. Repeat with the remaining meat.β
11. Toast your burger buns and then build.β
12. Place 4 stacked burger patties on a bottom bun and top with caramelized onions.β
13. Spread a few tablespoons of cowboy butter on the top bun and stack on top of the burgers.β
14. Enjoy!β
