Looking to level up your sandwich game? Our Backyard Sourdough Melt brings the backyard barbecue vibes to your plate with a juicy burger patty, gooey cheese, and zesty special sauce, all sandwiched between two slices of sourdough!

You’ll need:
2 LB – Onions
3 TB – Butter
1 ½ LB – Ground Beef
2 TB – Backyard Burger Blend
6 Slice – American Cheese
6 Slice – Sourdough bread
2 TB – Butter

Special Sauce
1 Cup – Mayo
1 TB – Sriracha Sauce 
3 TB – Ketchup 
2 TB – Bier Hall Stone Ground Mustard

1. Julienne the onions.
2. Portion and patty the ground beef into 5oz burgers.
3. Make the special sauce by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
4. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
5. Melt 3 TB of butter on the griddle and throw down your julienned onion. Cook and caramelize to your liking. Set aside.
6. Cook off your burgers, seasoning them with Backyard Burger blend.
7. Melt 2 TB of butter and toast off the sourdough on both sides.
8. Melt the cheese on the toast.
9. Build your burgers with two patties on a piece of sourdough toast.
10. Top with special sauce and caramelized onion.
11. Top with another piece of sourdough toast and serve.
12. Enjoy!
