  4. Good Day Chef , Excellent flavor combos. I would love to try that cooked on an open flame rotisserie. Think I may have my butcher make that in a pork sausage for me.   6. Oh Tatyana, this looks incredible! We love pork loin, too, and this will certainly add to the festivities of our holiday! There's such a richness of flavors gathered in the stuffing-perfect for pork. And mashing the garlic is such a great idea for the gravy! I think I'm going to roast the sweet potatoes and then mash them so we can put the gravy on top of them, too. I can just see this on the table with the blazing fire in the background!
