Join me as I experiment with flavours in this Bacon Ranch Noodles dish! While it’s not my top pick, the addition of eggs saves the day. Remember, they can’t all be winners, but the journey is half the fun!
Ingredients:
-120g Egg Noodles or Wonton Noodles (find them at your local Asian grocer, with 20g of protein per serving you can go wrong!)
-Low-Calorie Ranch Dressing (18 calories per Tablespoon, recipe on my channel)
-75g Middle Eye Bacon
-10g Spring Onion
-2 Onsen Eggs (my favourite eggs of all time, comment below if you want the recipe)
-10g Parmensan Cheese

Is it weird that I think a ranch pasta should pair with a spiral noodle as opposed to a longer one? The texture would add a different dimension to the dish. I’d also chicken to it 😅. (But I’m a ranch fan).
The onsen eggs look delicious! Recipe please? 👀
