As some one who recently got into cooking i love these video's! I do have a question. Do i need a cast iron pan for this? I got a combi microwave/oven and while it's not small i'm not sure it would fit a pan with handle in it so what are my options than?

Pork tenderloin is very easy to screw up. I recommend cooking it at a really low heat like 170 for a long time in some oil and aromatics.
