Garlic Masala Prawns

Ingredients
Prawns 500 g
Tomato chopped 2
Onions chopped 1
Ginger garlic Paste 1 -1/2 tbsp
Green Onions 1-2
Dried Parsley/ Coriander handful
Salt & Pepper to taste
Red & White Pepper to taste
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 1-2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil as required
Garlic Cloves chopped 3-4
Method:
1. Pulverize onions and tomatoes, set aside
2. In a pan heat up some oil then add ginger garlic paste, onion tomato chunky paste sauté, add all the seasonings
3. Now add prawns sauté until cooked, do not over cook
4. Add green onions sauté some more
5. Garnish with coriander, serve with naan, rice, or freshly made pasta

Homemade Pasta

Ingredients
Flour 120 g
Eggs 2 whole
Egg Yolk 1 yolk
Extra flour (for kneading) 120 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese Optional
Mint & Coriander for garnishing
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add flour, eggs, yolk, salt and knead until smooth
2. Use extra flour while kneading. After kneading for 8-10mins cover the dough and let it rest for 30min
3. Roll out in thin sheets and cut in strips or desired pasta shapes, dust with flour to prevent then from sticking
4. In a bigger pot boil water and add salt. Add freshly made pasta to it boil for 1-2 mins and drain
5. Add butter to hot pasta season with salt and pepper, top it off with cheese
6. Garnish with fresh herbs
