CHOCO SWISS BREAD

Ingredients
• Warm water ½ cup
• Yeast 11g
• Egg 1
• Caster sugar ¼ cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Flour 2 cups
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Chocolate spread as required to spread
Method
In a bowl add water, yeast, egg, caster sugar, vanilla essence, flour and oil. Let it proof for an hour and dough should be soft.
Roll the dough and make 2 sheets, REST THE DOUGH for 10mins (MUST ). Now bring the dough onto the tray and spread chocolate on sheet of the dough, now over lap another dough sheet on top. Now make a center and cut the slices with the help of a pizza cutter. And make spirals or any shape you like. Now egg wash or butter before baking. Bake for 10 mins on 160 to 180c till golden brown. Serve hot

TANDOORI MATKA PASTA

Ingredients
• Pasta 2 cups
• Flour 3 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Pasta water 1 cup
• Oregano 1 tbsp
• Basil ½ tp
• Chicken powder or cube 1 tbsp
• Garlic and ginger powder 1 tsp
• Cheese a required
• Olives 2 sliced
• Chili flakes to granish on top
• Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
• Mix vegetables 1 cup
• Food coloring a pinch
• Clay pots 3
• Cheese a required

Method
Boil pasta and set aside let remain the pasta water. Now make pasta sauce with oil, flour, cream and the seasonings. Add pasta water. Add pasta into the sauce with mix blanched vegies Add tandoori masala and add orange food color a pinch to give a nice color. Fill in the soaked Clay pots then add cheese on top. Let it bake for 5 mins till cheese gives a nice color. Serve HOT
