A yummy idea to prepare eggplants… Let’s cook with @MF92able

INGREDIENTS
For the dip :
50ml water
30ml seed oil
30ml extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tbsp of honey
a tsp of sugar
garlic powder to taste
1/2 tsp of pepper

For the breading:
breadcrumbs
corn flour
** every 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs add a tablespoon of corn flour
1 tsp of pepper
1 pinch of salt
fresh rosemary to taste

METHOD
Cut the eggplant into slices and dip them in the flour. Bread both sides of the eggplant well. Put the eggplant on a baking sheet with parchment paper. add a drizzle of oil and bake at 355°F (180°C) for 30/35 minutes.
