BAKED OATS – NO SUGAR, NO FLOUR, NO OIL, NO BUTTER
Weather you want to have breakfast or dessert; this healthy recipe is 2-in-1.
Method-
– take 80 gm oats
– add 1.5 tbs cocoa powder
– add 1 tsp baking powder
– add 1 tsp vanilla essence
– add 180 ml milk (if vegan can use any other plant based milk too)
– add 2 medium size extra ripe bananas
– churn everything in a mixie
– pour this batter in a baking safe container (I used ramekin moulds)
– sprinkle some choco chips or choice of nuts on top
– if baking on a gas, bake it for 20 min
– if baking in an OTG oven then 180 degree for 15 minutes is sufficient
– that’s it, enjoy when its warm
Tip: if you need it to be more sweet then dust some powder sugar on top
