16 oz Penne Pasta
28 oz Tomato Sauce
15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup + 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup + 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
5 to 7 Garlic Cloves chopped
1/2 cup Fresh Basil
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Dried Basil

  2. As always very appreciative of your recipes and very much looking forward to making it! Also if anyone’s looking for a suitable substitute for the ricotta cheese you can use silken tofu. I recently made another one of your recipes and used a silken tofu and could barely tell the difference.

  3. And here's another tip. If you just use ground beef, no matter how many other things you add, your ziti will just be "MEH…" You want to add the sausage. That kicks it up to "WOW." I never thought to put cubes of cheese on the top. Your ziti was beautiful coming out of the oven. I've got to do that from here on in. Thanks, Spinelli. Have a great holiday.
