Ingredients:
• 1 Italian sub roll from @aldiuk
• 2 steak medallions (139g)
• mozzarella (35g)
• red onion (26g)
• handful of spinach (28g)
• 10ml lemon mustard mayo (@lucysdressings)
• 10ml balsamic glaze
• olive oil @frylighthq
• salt & pepper
METHOD ⬇️
• in the air fryer pop the sub in and melt 25g of the cheese
• meanwhile season your steak and then fry off your onions and cook your steak in a pan on a high heat
• remove the sub from the air fryer and then add in all the fillings including the sliced steak, red onion and mayo.
• Pop it into the air fryer for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove and add the balsamic glaze.
• serve up and enjoy!
