Banana Bread



Banana Bread Recipe 👇

Making banana bread without tonnes of fat/sugar is a little tricky. Opted against protein powder here. Happy with the flavour. Blending with a proper mixer helped. I’m eating it toasted 😊

Nutrition – 5 x 200 kcal (8P, 36C, 5F) + 3 fibre

4 ripe bananas (400g)
4 medium eggs
80g oat flour (blended oats is fine)
30g maple (2 tbsp)
2 tsp baking powder

So simple. Grab ripe bananas, throw in the eggs, oat flour, maple and baking powder. Give it a blend (or mix with a fork). Pour into a baking tray and cook for 45 minutes at 200C
